The Conference Room, the largest and most equipped conference room in Acuto region, is a dynamic and versatile space. It is suitable for conferences, meetings, seminars, professional training courses, as well as yoga sessions, meditation, Tai Chi, etc.
Equipped with all necessary technology, the room can accommodate up to 150 people over two large, adjacent spaces, and allows for the possibility to adjust the seating arrangement for every need: full audience, in horseshoe, in a rectangle. The conference center boasts a control room, situated next to the stage with a speakers’ table, as well as a large, wall mounted screen for slides and video projection. On the side there is also a finely tuned, upright piano.
The Hall is equipped with audio visual and lighting systems, microphones, heating and ceiling fans, restrooms, emergency exits, elevator and provides access for differently abled guests.
The Centre for Baha’i Studies: Hotel La Panoramica also offers smaller spaces, such as the Reading Room, dedicated to Prof. Alessandro Bausani, distinguished scholar of Arab and Middle Eastern literature, religious historian and translator, whose extensive personal library is available to be consulted.
On the second floor you can also find a bright space that can accommodate up to 20 people and classroom furnished specifically for children.
On the ground floor there is a small room with a computer, internet access and a printer.
